I started making handmade soaps with my grandmother's recipe in hand, a vial of lavender essential oil, and a handful of dried flowers!

Since the first batch, my recipe has grown to include several oils known for their gentle cleansing qualities and fabulous lather, as well as many pure essential oils and botanicals that are as delightful to work with in the soap kitchen as they are soothing and luxurious in the bath.

I truly enjoy researching to find natural substances to color my soaps which also have properties that enhance the effect of the bar on your skin and health. Even though small in quantity, every little bit helps.

It may be of no surprise to you to learn that many common oils derived from plants are antimicrobial, and serve as natural disinfectants that significantly reduce the need for harsh household chemicals which pass through household water systems and eventually travel through the environment.

So what do you get when you buy one of my soaps? A product that was made conscientiously for your health, and the health of the community at large, and a bath product with a little extra luxury that hasn't been compromised for mass production!
