Cherryvale Farms is the company behind “Everything But The…” – your favorite brand of easy-to-prepare baking mixes. The idea was hatched at our home, Cherryvale Farms, in Santa Cruz, California. As a family, we’ve always been passionate about good food. About real food. We’ve always wanted to share this passion with others and our “Everything But The…” baking mix line is our way of sharing our food philosophy with you.

For us, a day in the kitchen is a day well spent. But we realize not everyone has that kind of time to spare. Our goal in creating “Everything But The…” was to give home cooks a real baking experience without all of the work. Instead of two hours in the kitchen making muffins from scratch, you only need a few minutes to prepare a delicious baked goods your family will love. At Cherryvale Farms we grow a lot of organic fruits and vegetables. With our baking mixes, we wanted to bring the focus back on fresh ingredients.
That’s why we decided to have you, the home cook, add the fruits and vegetables yourself. We could be like other companies and use freeze-dried or powdered fruits and veggies in our mixes. But that wouldn’t taste as good. We know what a good apple tastes like, and we think you do too. We encourage you to use the freshest, best quality fruits and vegetables you can find when preparing our mixes.
