Marc Cooper is the founder and owner of COOP'S MicroCreamery of Watertown, Mass. Marc was an Electrical Engineer, Electronics Manufacturing Manager, and Hospital Administrator in his former lives before learning how to make ice cream from a well known local ice cream guru. Some of Marc's customers have been as diverse as Legal Seafoods - for which he produced over 2 million ice cream bon bons, and Major League Baseball - for which he supplied ice cream for the 1999 All Star Game in Boston.
In the Spring of 2009, Marc decided to produce his own brand of ice cream and related products, using his own nickname - Coop. Two of his most successful non-frozen products are available through Abe's - the uniquely packaged COOP'S Handmade Hot Fudge which Marc first developed in 1993 for Herrell's, and the most recent product - Cocoa Felice - which is named after his wife, Felice who helped in its development. Marc and Felice reside in Boston and have two grown children each from prior lives.
