People who don't give up. I recently heard an interview with one of the mothers whose children are held captive in Iran. This woman was amazing: she went through this horrible experience with a completely hopeful and forward-thinking mentality. Instead of breaking down, she pushed harder and fights every day so that her son can come home. Her energetic attitude and positive outlook in such a dire situation was truly inspiring.

The process of creating models of Calafant cardboard toys puts me in a meditative state where I just concentrate on what I am doing right in that moment and I emerge relaxed and optimistic - it's a wonderful experience.

The transistion from work-me to family-me. There are always so many things still to be done by the time the kids need to be picked-up from school....
