The Story of Krug's Eco-Logic

As a science teacher-turned stay at home mother of two young children with ultra-sensitive skin, I realized I could be concocting wonderful, natural skin products for them - ones that are natural, and toxin-free. I began reading, and reading, ordering ingredients and finally spending hours, weeks, and months concocting my own unique recipes. After using them on my children and sharing them with others I was encouraged to sell them. I started my business, and now I'm lucky enough to be able to share them with you and your loved ones!

What inspires you

My two small children are my greatest inspiration - from specific products, to scents, colors, and design. My seven year old LOVES giving his creative input - and being more left-brained, I love his ideas!

Favorite part about creating your products

I love to do anything new I haven't done before. I get very bored doing the same scents or designs over and over. I love to change it up - even just a bit!

Toughest part of your day

Bed time - getting my kiddo's to wind down so Mama can get to work can be tiring!

Best day in company history

When asked by a major health food store to carry my line of products. I have, however, turned it down to make sure my children get as much of Mommy as they can while they're still young.

Biggest decision you ever had to make

Ah... how much time do you have ? ;-)

Where do you see yourselves in 5 years

In five years, I hope to be doing the same thing - working from home to create awesome, natural products to share, and having the flexibility to be there for my children any time they need Mom!
