From the time I was a little girl, I always loved to be in the kitchen, whipping up creations for everyone and anyone who was willing to try them. A few years ago when I changed my eating habits to follow a strict Gluten-Free diet, it was more and more difficult to satisfy my sweet tooth with the available options on the marketplace. So I took it upon myself to create gluten-free cookies for my loved ones and I to enjoy...and as more and more people got their hands on them, an exciting new business was born.
