I owned my own catering company in Atlanta for 14 years and at one point created a sweet and spicy chipotle sauce for a pork tenderloin dish. The sauce became such an instant hit that out of town companies would hire the girl with that "chipotle sauce"! For years I was encouraged to bottle it. Guess it's a good thing I did - 3 months after getting it into a bottle Whole Foods called!Hot Squeeze Products
