The Story of Tiny Footprint Coffee
Tiny Footprint is a Minneapolis coffee roaster with the first carbon negative, organic coffee. The more coffee you drink, the more good you are doing, because when you drink coffee, we plant trees.
Each pound of Tiny Footprint Coffee contributes to the reforestation of Ecuador's Mindo Cloudforest, where we are planting native trees to more than offset the carbon impact of harvesting, shipping, roasting and packaging our beans. More (+)
But it's even more than that. Our efforts with the Mindo Cloudforest Foundation help to create jobs for local farmers, rebuild water tables, reinforce soil conservation techniques, and recreate habitat for rare and endangered bird species in this region.
We combine our love for the environment with a passion for artisan roasted coffee. We source our beans from sustainably and ethically operated farms around the world, from Ethiopia to Sumatra (and beyond), and then small-batch roast them to perfection in our Minneapolis roastery.
The result is a rich, full-bodied cup of coffee that lifts the morning fog like blazing sunshine through a lush cloud forest canopy. So not only are you getting a delicious cup of sustainable coffee, you’re making a difference in the world too, one sip at a time.
