The Recipe:

Get the Kids Cooking With Happy Hemp Fudge Balls

By:  Tara Miko  Grayless  Founder, Happy Hemp  February 4th, 2014

Growing up I used to love cooking in the kitchen with my mom. She would let me stir, measure, and sift. What I did not realize is I was learning to love cooking. This recipe is the perfect to get the kids involved. This recipe is a delicious lesson for little ones to learn about food.

Happy Hemp Fudge Balls Recipe

  1. In a food processor combine almond butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla. Run food processor until all ingredients are mixed together.
  2. Add Happy Hemp toasted seeds and mix for another 5 seconds
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once the fudge has solidified, remove from the freezer. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the fudge and roll into balls with your hands, warming the mixture.
  5. Mix the Happy Hemp raw seeds and sea salt into a small bowl. Roll each fudge ball through the hemp and salt to create the finished product.
