Goa Crazy With Sweet Chili Stir Fry & Bell Peppers

Our pals at Easy Indian never cease to amaze us ... or make our mouths water. This new recipe, Goa Sweet Chili Stir Fry with Bell Peppers, tempts our tastebuds and makes us want to run out and make it right now. Make sure you have some naan on hand because you're going to want to sop up all this delicious sauce!

Goa Sweet Chili Stir Fry with Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 T oil 
  • 5 cups protein (chicken or lamb is great) and/or vegetables (or use an Indian cheese called paneer, tri-color bell peppers and 1/2 a small onion)
  • 1 envelope Easy Indian Goa Sweet Chili Stir Fry spice blend
  • 3/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 3/4 tsp sugar (optional)
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice

Instructions: 

  1. In a pan or wok, heat oil on medium.
  2. Add protein/vegetables and salt and stir-fry to desired tenderness (about 10 minutes).
  3. Add Easy Indian spice blend and sugar and stir for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in lemon juice. 
  5. Serve with rice or naan and enjoy!
