Adding spirulina to your diet is incredibly easy. You can start incorporating this green superfood in a daily smoothie. You can bake it into breads, mix it into sauces or salad dressings and even make a pudding with it. 

Why would you want to add this blue-green algae powder to your diet? Spirulina is protein rich, low calorie, high in iron and loaded with vitamins A, B-12, D and K. It is jammed with beta-carotene and also helps maintain healthy vision. Ready to get to know your new favorite superfood?

Instructions:

  1. Puree all ingredients together in a blender until smooth
  2. Add milk to thin as necessary
