Smoothie of the Week: Cacao Goji Berry Bliss

Smoothies make the perfect breakfast and mid-day snack. The key to making a smoothie that satisfies your hunger and nourishes your body is to use nutrient-dense ingredients with plenty of fiber. This delicious cacao goji berry smoothie does just that. Not only will your taste buds thank you, but your health will, too. 

Goji berries — like the other ingredients in this smoothie: blueberries and raw cacao — comprise powerful antioxidants that help boost your immune system, fight cancer and slow the aging process. Goji berries and cacao contain substances that help to improve your mood and give you an energy kick.

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.  
  2. Garnish with cacao nibs and goji berries.
