Summer Sips: Refreshing White Peach Sangria

Love sangria but craving something new? This summer try a delicious variation: Sparkling White Peach Sangria. It’s cool, refreshing and fruity, easy to make, easy to drink and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. I recently brought a pitcher to a friend’s birthday celebration and it was an immediate hit. Unfortunately, it went over so well that by the time some guests ventured over for a glass, it was all gone. So when you do try this recipe be sure prepare a bunch because people will surely ask for seconds, thirds and fourths!

Sparkling White Peach Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • ½ cup peach schnapps or peach-flavored vodka
  • 2 cups lemon-lime sparkling water
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 sliced peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • Optional: 3-4 peach ginger green tea bags (to add antioxidants and a little spice)
  • Optional: 2 droppers Bittercube Orange Bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir to mix
  2. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours (overnight for the best flavour)
  3. Freeze grapes to use in Repurpose cold cups to keep it chilled
  4. Serve over ice
