You'll Flip Over These Protein Pancakes!

Want to enjoy pancakes without the guilt of gluten and carbs? Try a protein pancake!


- 2 egg whites

- 1 whole egg

- 1/4 cup of Tera's Whey vanilla protein powder

- 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill coconut flour

- 1/4 cup unsweeteneed almond milk

- 1/2 banana and blueberries to garnish


Mix all ingredients (except fruit) and pour half the mixture in a pan on medium high heat with some extra virgin olive oil. Flip after 2-3 mins when they start to bubble. Cook for 1-2 more minutes. Serve topped with berries and slivered banana.

Yields 2 pancakes
