Tinted Silk Moisturizer - 0.5oz

Question: Where do you obtain your Phenoxyethanol and is it safe? I have read that some additives have been bought overseas. This particular ingredient has been linked to some nerve damage. I would like to know something more about it. Thank you,

Answer: Sorry about my delayed response. I wanted to make sure I gave you a quality reply. Phenoxyethynol is a complicated ingredient to say the least. We do publish a full ingredient matrix online including EWG ratings and sources of all ingredients. My original use of this ingredient was sourced from Grapefruit but as we have changed and grown, I needed to confirm that information. http://www.stillwaterskinonline.com/ingredients.html What I can tell you is that it is NOT sourced from overseas and Grapefruit is a source compound. (Not a complete answer, right? I get frustrated with this too – and I do want to be entirely honest with you.)
