I have super reactive taste buds and the citrus scent/flavor was too much for me. I powered through and did manage to enjoy this. Because, I'm super busy in the morning, I'm using this as a breakfast replacement, and it performed well. The strong lemon flavor made me eat it very slowly, and it kept me full until lunch time.
