Love these - lots of protein, taste great & quality ingredients. My only beef is that even though there are no processed sugar, a couple of the varieties are a bit too sweet. That won't stop me from buying the mixed case regularly, however.

Quite filling. Nice variety, although I prefer the espresso maca and the coconut maple. The maca double chocolate is a little too sweet for a breakfast food. Both of my children (2 1/2 and 5) are big fans. It's hard to eat these without getting requests to share.

In fact, I just try to keep one in my purse for whomever is hungry whenever, much healthier and more filling than anything a convenience store has to offer. I eat this cereal as a quick snack while on the job as a high school Science teacher. It is filling and nutritious! It is still the most convenient, healthy snack that I eat on a regular basis. The old spoon was hard to use, now they have added a great reusable option.

Coconut, mulberries, goji berries or espresso? Which flavor to chose? Each is yummy and easy to prepare for a fast breakfast. I use hot water from a kettle then add a splash of cream or milk. Never had use for the wee spoon though and it is rather wasteful to include it. My husband used it when he went on a camping trip, but I'm sure he had a spoon backed too…

Love love love these! Everything about them is A ++++ I love all the flavors. They all provide a balanced amount of protein, carbs and fat. I usually do just water, plus a bit of milk. And I'll eat them hot or cold, both ways is delicious!

I have tried only the Goji-Cacao and the Coconut Maple Vanilla varieties so far, and have enjoyed them both very much. I do, however, agree with Jody that the teeny tiny plastic...paddle?? is very wasteful (who would use it anyway?). I am fine with using my favorite normal sized and shaped spoon out of my drawer, and would appreciate the price for the cereal without the added spoon (really, they are quite expensive to purchase on a regular basis). THIS ARE NOT ONLY TASTY, BUT QUITE CONVENIENT, YOU CAN GRAB AND GO ANYTIME....TAKE THEM ON A TRIP...SHARE THEM WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND BELIEVE ME, I HAVE AND EVERYONE LOVES THEM....however I wish the one with coconut was a finer grind as oppose to the large flake....but that's just me.

Price is a little on the high side, but when compared to alternatives for an on-the-go urbanite, I find these to be a nice alternative to other breakfast options. Much more filling than a bowl of cereal and they taste great.
