How to Use a Loofah
1. If you like, you can soften your new loofah before you use it by getting it wet.
2. Bathe. Wet the loofah with warm water and douse it with an organic Bath & Shower gel from Nittany Valley Organics. Loofah products work best with a thick, honey like gel.
3. Exfoliate. Starting at the decolletage (the expanse of skin between your neck and chest), gently but firmly rub the loofah against your skin in circular motions. Work your way down to your ankles.
4. Additionally, you can use the loofah on the heels and soles of your feet but the pumice works best on these areas. Be careful if standing in a slippery shower.

5. Rinse off the Organic Bath & Shower gel residue with cool water. This will close your pores and make you feel awake and refreshed. If trying to lull yourself to sleep with a shower or bath, use warm water instead.
