Chia seeds taste very much like sesame seeds, so that can be good or bad depending on preference. This bar was chewy, not crunchy, and it had a very sweet taste I couldn't pinpoint. I didn't taste much banana.

Once you are acclimated to the crunch of the chia seed, these are delicious. I have been using chia seeds at home for a while and decided to give these a go. I am back to buy a full box, they are very tasty. Even my 3 year old loves them. Small size, but perfect snack with a small serving of fruit added on
