The pink pepper is not hot at all, it is a mild taste that varies in taste by the bite. The chocolate that it is in is smooth, mild and melts just perfectly in my mouth, as it should.

I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately, I did not care for it. There are vegan chocolate bars that I love, but this one was "weak" in flavor and the texture was poor. It was discolored, which my husband tells me is due to improper heating of the cocoa in the chocolate making process. I like the company's idea and mission, but in my opinion, this chocolate bar needs improvement.
